Now that I am halfway through my pregnancy, Andrew and I have been busy thinking about the Nursery. We took a trip to Ikea the other day and have our sights set on a few items that will really help us stay in budget :)

This rug matches our colour palette perfectly, will look great on the dark hard wood floor & was on sale at $99 (bonus). We also already own a beautiful white rocking chair, just like the one below, so we already have these two items out of the way! Now its just a matter of collecting the rest of the items before June arrives.

Here is a picture of us with the 20 week photos when we got home... its so exciting to see the lil' one on screen, he/she was moving around so much that we could barely get a look! Then decided to curl up into a tight ball when the technician was trying to get pictures of its organs, tisk tisk. We are waiting to find out the sex till it makes an appearance in June :)

While we were visiting my parents over the break, I found my very own first christmas ornament hanging on the tree. It was extra special this year to see it hanging there. Can't wait for our little ones first Christmas!

One of my favourite (but most difficult) design projects has been our wedding invites. But I finally decided on these designs and love how they turned out.

At the beginning of May, Andrew and I got to spend a Sunday afternoon at Andrew's hangar and a nearby park with 3Photography (Specifically Jaclyn), our wedding photographer.
